Call 01521470125 to create your return request Fill in the returns form you received with your order Pack your MediCartbd parcel securely, with the product in the original undamaged packaging as delivered to you Attach the return label that you received with your order to the top of the parcel (ensure that delivery label is covered) Head to your nearest drop-off point or wait for collection by our pick-up service We will send you a confirmation SMS

Product change process:

After receiving the product, you will be able to accept the modified product in case of any problem of the product (eg: product is broken, torn, product does not work, product does not match with the photo, etc.). In that case within maximum 24 hours after receiving the product you need to e-mail to admin@medicartbd.com or inbox to our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/medicartbd.com/ or our phone number 01521470125 We need to be notified by calling you.. You will need to send the product to Medicartbd’s office, nothing that Medicartbd will cover all transportation costs.
Our Complaints Team will call you for any complaints regarding products and services. We want to get you active on the phone until your complaint is resolved. If your contact number is not active, an alternative number must be active. You need to tell us the means of refund for the refund.
